Travel Rules & Regulations

Round Trip Seat, 2-Day Visit, Hotel Stay

1. First paid basis. Mail money order payable to

GTS, Trips - PO Box 954 - Sandston - VA 23150

2. No refunds for cancellation of trip.

3.  ALL 10 seats must be paid prior to trip to avoid cancellation.  Full refund or credit if GTS cancels trip only

a. Company cancels due to weather.

b. Prisoner transfers within the week prior to/of the trip.

c. We are able to sell your canceled seat to another rider one day before trip.

4. Free pick up/dropped off from Amtrak, Greyhound, RIC. Advanced notice required.

5. Valid picture/drivers/non-drivers identification with address or current US passport required by prison facilities.

6. No illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages permitted in/outside van(s).

7. Prison has drug-sniffing dogs on premise.

8. 15-Passenger, all insured vans.

9. Not responsible for personal items or lost. There are No lockers at Keen Mountain.

10. No loud noises or disruption to other travelers. please wear ear phones when listening to music and using cell phone.
